Lighthouse Residence is a four-building apartment complex located in the exclusive village of Sea Breeze Resort in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Lighthouse Residence, a flagship project of Sea Breeze Resort, has become a wonderful place to live. During the summer, residents can relax in the recreation area surrounding the private pool or visit the beach, which is only a minute away. Cafes and restaurants, a water park and many other facilities located on the territory of the resort village will complement the rest.

There is all the necessary social infrastructure: schools, kindergarten, medical center, gyms, beauty salons, etc. for living in the complex all year round.

The landscaped park in the courtyard of Lighthouse Residence improves the microclimate, offering ideal conditions for outdoor pleasure.

At first glance, the complex impresses with its modern exterior design. Thoughtful architectural solutions transform the building into a true work of art: glass panels give it a modern and elegant appearance, and their rich color contrasts nicely with the surrounding landscape.

The facades of the apartment complex are made of 80% unique glass, which provides a mirror appearance. Because of the panoramic glazing, the building changes shades during the day, giving the exterior a unique and spectacular appearance.

The interior design of public areas harmoniously combined modern style with art deco elements. Elements with brass, black glass and marble stand out against the backdrop of calm and cozy beige-gray tones of textiles and finishing materials.

In this project, our team completed all design stages, including a design project for the main lobby, a design project for standard apartments, a landscape design project, and a concept for a beach club on the grounds of a residential complex, as well as navigation. 

The underground level has parking for residents' cars as well as technical spaces for a variety of purposes.

The ground floor has the main lobby, retail or commercial spaces, technical spaces, and apartments with park access.

Standard apartments of various layouts are available on the 2nd through 7th floors, with access to terraces and balconies. On the 8th floor, there are two penthouses with private terraces. 

One-room apartments start at 40 square meters, two-room apartments at 65 square meters, and three-room apartments at 95 square meters.

The apartments are delivered turnkey, equipped with furniture and household appliances from leading manufacturers.

The buildings' supporting frames are composed of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is a flat type.

The facade was constructed using the following materials: stained glass glazing, HPL cladding panels, glass fencing, and ornate imitation wood features.

Internal inter-apartment walls are composed of D600 gas blocks. Interior partitions and ceilings are made of gypsum plasterboard according to complex KNAUF systems.

The building's engineering systems include a heating and air conditioning system, a drinking water supply system, a drainage system, a supply and exhaust ventilation system, an electrical system, a television and Internet system, and a fire prevention system.

The master plan of the complex provides everything for a harmonious holiday: a landscaped walking area with a mini-park, children's playgrounds, a private outdoor swimming pool with a bar. The emphasis of the complex's infrastructure is on active recreation. There is a sports complex, playgrounds, a spa center, and a sea beach within a 3-minute walk. Both street and underground parking are available. The external style follows current trends and combines functionality, aesthetics, and technology.
